Surge for Mac 和 Surge 3 for iOS 都已经原生添加了 Outbound Mode 的选项，能选择全部直通/全部走代理/按规则走，所以和这个功能重复的那些选项是不是可以去掉了？

可以直接去掉的。有空我理一下逻辑。
