When SuperPutty is behind other windows i need to click on a "windows" element to make it the active window. I should be able to click anywhere, even the terminal area. This used to work.

Put SuperPutty behind any other application window, click in the Terminal area. Nothing happens. Click on a "windows" element, title bar, scroll bar, border and SuperPutty comes to the front as the active window
