Hello,
nickname is [NA] for all users in DB.
All device is FR-fr

Can someone help me?

They have not setup a Siri profile. Create a new contact with own info then go to Settings > General > Siri > my info > select own contact.

If still not working check if iCloud and Mail is swiched on.
