If Free member, need way to remove self from Trip

On Planning page, there could be a scenario where a hike is already completed and the user will want to remove themselves from this trip.

Could be nice for user to keep "log" of all friends who were a part of past trips though. If free users continually remove themselves from trips, the Paid members' trips friends list won't be accurate anymore.

Need to allow a Free/ Paid member to "reset" a trip back to default.
