Update mason compatibility to atleast 0.1.0 #4

mason make clean_architecture_feature

When I am trying to add the brick with above command, below error is occuring.

The current mason version is 0.1.0. Because clean_architecture_feature requires mason version >=0.1.0-dev.40 <0.1.0, version solving failed.
