Docker test link is 404 since docker workflows deleted in OTTR_Template repo #51

Tried to follow this link in the "Github actions for handling your Docker image" section of the OTTR documentation website and got a 404. Looked at the history of the OTTR_Template repo where it's linked to, and 2 weeks ago the Docker tests were removed.

Where should I link to instead on the web documentation @cansavvy?
