Feature Request: Backdoor support in Appium #26

Hi Guys, really excited to find this project. UI Testing has been so incredibly helpful for robust apps.

Like many, I'm trying to transition my Xamarin.UI tests to MAUI/Appium. One of the features of the former was the concepts of invoking methods using backdoors (as I'm sure you are aware).

It would be great to support this with Appium and this library.
