Please supply some reference or hint on what you could possibly mean by this.

Is it yet another coordinate-format or are we talking about pixel RBG-values (unlikely, RIGHT?)

These vague descriptions with no definition-references are impossible to work with.

As we hopefully made a bit more clear today during class, we actually mean RGB-values with that.
