Another discussion also reported it but never followed-up. Unfortunately I'm unable to reproduce it. Can you reproduce it via the official Docker container? If so then perhaps with your rule and config files I might be able to finally reproduce it. |

Thanks. It seems that running a Debian 12 container on a Debian 10 host is problematic, and leads to the "can't start new thread" error. Given that Debian 10's end-of-life was in 2022, and the LTS 10's EOL is in a few months, you probably will need to stick with the older ElastAlert 2 version for now, and invest the time on getting your OS upgraded.
