Header

Hi all,

I'm trying to build my first own website http://www.sushi-eten.nl/. I want a black header on the whole width of the page. Now there are two white blocks on the left and right of the header. I don't know how to change it.

Do you know how i can get the "two white blocks" the same color as the backgroud of the header.
