Woocommerce integration

When I use the woocommerce plug-in, it says that this theme isn't optimised for woocommerce. When i create a product it is shown that the stopping page doesn't line up correctly. Can you help me to correct this? On there support page they say to change the page.php or better the functions.php (http://docs.woothemes.com/document/third-party-custom-theme-compatibility/)

Please help me! I did not get it fully to work at www.picture4you.nl/webshop/winkel
You see that the menu is positioned at the right bottom and the text is streight tot the left side.
