PropKa as an Horus plugin

At the Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC), we are committed to bringing advanced computational tools to scientists around the world. Our goal is to create user-friendly, intuitive interfaces for the programs you already rely on daily, boosting efficiency and ease of use. To support this mission, we've developed Horus, a modular workflow manager that includes powerful molecular visualization features. More information about Horus can be found here

One of Horus's key strengths is its extensibility through plugins, allowing users to tailor the tool to their specific needs. As part of this vision, I have developed the PropKa plugin, and I am excited for the scientific community to start integrating it into their workflows. By leveraging these tools, researchers can enhance their productivity and achieve greater insights in their computational tasks. The plugin can be downloaded automatically inside Horus and can also be viewed at the plugin repository.
