Justification

The repository of the SCM-Manager Plugin does not yet have a 'Developers' team and therefore we cannot manage the permissions on our own for now. After some changes in our team, there are only some people left of the former team that can write to the repository.

It would be great, if you could create a group for us, so that we can set credentials on our own.

The team exists and has admin access, you would have been able to see it.

I've given you maintainer access on it, (that won't allow you to invite new people though to the organisation), I've added everyone you requested
