synctex support

This release adds forward and reverse synctex support for the LaTeX workshop pdf viewer

Minor pythontex fix

This release disables pythontex log output if pythontex isn't used. This helps keep the log output clean

Pythontex support

This update of the container supports using the pythontex package to execute python code inside a LaTeX document. It may sound like witchcraft, but it's actually really useful.

Initial release

Note that this wasn't actually the first working version. however, as the docker images start from here, there's no reason to artificially increase the version to, say, 1.2 when there was no 1.0.
