Telegram Successfull auth does not show Client, IP, Device

I used the template provided for Telegram but when I get notifications for Authentication Success it only shows User and ID and the rest is blank.
For failed auth it shows all except the IP.
The IP, device, client shows in the logs in jellyfin dash but not in the notifications I get on telegram.
Please advise
