Wrong version released for version 16 #307

The assets in version 16 release is for version 15.
The same happened in Jellyfin official download page: https://repo.jellyfin.org/files/plugin/webhook/

I believe that make user can't upgrade to version 16 from official plugin repo:
https://sgp1.mirror.jellyfin.org/files/plugin/manifest.json

version 15's timestamp is updated to 16's, but content still be version 15.
