TVDB plugin installed, but the option doesn't show up in metadata fetchers

Hi I have Jellyfin 10.9.7 (on docker).
I installed, through Plugins Catalog, TheTVDB 13.0.0 and restarted the server. The plugin results as active and I can browse its options.
Nevertheless it doesn't show up anywhere, if I go to "Manage Library" section to define the priority I see IMDB and TMDB listed, but not TVDB.
From logs I don't see anything strange, If I do docker-compose logs | grep -i tvdb I get:

Is there anything I'm missing? Can someone help?

v13 is only available for TV libraries. v14 (upcoming) will be available for Movie libraries.

same problem, doesn't show up on any libraries at all
