Increase maximum playback speed

Jellyfin-Web allows for playback speed up to 4x. This is very helpful for certain types of media, eg lectures

An increased maximum playback speed to at least 4x (or a parameter in settings -> playback for max playback speed

Only reason I still use Iina. Need higher playback speed in app
