Implement improved view for participation and evaluation of poll

I created wireframes for a better usable and integrated participation and evaluation view. In oppsosition to the suggestion in #210 I chose to stick with a vertical alignment of the poll options, as I decided to follow a mobile first approach.

I think it would be ready to start prototype development and do further adjustments, screendesign and finetuning on the go ...

No clear roadmap or reliable commitment to time which I can spend on it. I plan to reduce complexity in next version to ease maintenance work and implementing new features. I expect that redesign will also be simpler after reducing technical complexity.
