功能描述

现在ddns-go可以添加多个api，但是下面的推送通知只有一个，希望第一个api 推送通知，第二个API不推送通知，独立处理。

因为我解析了ipv6 我不用收到v6的通知 但是ipv6 刷新时间和ipv4不一样，现在ipv6刷新的时候我也会收到通知，会收到好几个同一个IPv4的消息

啊，要不你fork一个吧。感觉大部分人暂时用不上
