Create a preference panel #233

In relation with issue #226 and #224,
I see two ui change possibilities :

We can add a new preference panel for all os (so we need update mac native code and python/qt code)
Or Add a parameter section in conversation view after search button.

This panel can use to provide additional parameters to manage the media display or post download interval (cf #224).

What do you think ?
