python cannot be installed after being built

mise install [email protected] results in

mise seems to remove the 3.14-dev directory immediately, so getting to the bottom of this was a bit harder than it needed to be (maybe introduce a --keep flag so the intermediary stuff stays around to be analysed in case of failure?), but there is no file named python being created, only python3.14 and a symlink python3:
