Panic when run without arguments with bootstrapped script

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install mise with or without shell hooks.

2. Create a new directory and cd into it.

3. Set up a minimal mise enviironment. (This may not be necessary.)

   touch mise.toml
   mise trust
   mise install
   

4. Generate a bootstrap script.

   ❯ mise generate bootstrap -w
   Wrote to ./bin/mise
   

5. Run the bootstrap script without arguments.

   ❯ ./bin/mise
   The application panicked (crashed).
   Message:  index out of bounds: the len is 1 but the index is 1
   Location: src/cli/version.rs:96
   
   Backtrace omitted. Run with RUST_BACKTRACE=1 environment variable to display it.
   Run with RUST_BACKTRACE=full to include source snippets.
   

The panic appears to be here:

mise/src/cli/version.rs
