Display the result of the validation below the form

After sending the data to back-end, the front-end has to display a spinner while waiting the response and then display the result below the form has been sent.

After sending data of the form to the backend, the app will display a loading bar while waiting response from backend. Afterwards, it will display the result below: approved or denied.
