[FR] Have --list-lines that outputs the tags on separate lines #56

The current tag --list file output is hard to parse:

file tag1,tag2,...

It'd be much better to just output:

tag1
tag2
...

To not break backward-compatibility, I suggest adding --list-lines for outputting like this.
