I have never used github before how do i access the game?

install git on your machine, and use the git clone command as shown in the readme.md file, but as mentioned in the file- running it on windows won't be easy. If your eager to run it look into installing a Linux Virtual Machine, or just follow a guide to installing a Unix based operating system on your computer (Mac will also work, run brew install git in the terminal and follow the readme).
