👩🏽‍🍳Recipe:
1️⃣In a roasting tray add 4 halved tomatoes🍅, 1 large white onion cut into quarters🧅, 1 red pepper cut into chunks, 8 garlic cloves🧄 handful of basil🍃drizzle with olive oil, 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar @filippoberio_uk and season with oregano, thyme, salt🧂black pepper and and mix together🥄

2️⃣Roast in the oven for 30 minutes⏳ at 200°C 🔥

3️⃣Add the roasted tomato mixture to a saucepan and blend until smooth. Then add 200ml vegetable stock and 50ml double cream and simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve with a grilled cheese toastie🧀🍞

2 x NAS Warbatons= HEb
Turkey = P
1 tsp cranberry = 1 syn
40g light cheddar = HEa

✨ Spread cranberry on bread, tip with slices of turkey and cheese and add to a fry-lighted George Foreman grill until toasted

To make 2 big bowls of soup:
✨ Chop 4 tomatoes and 1 large onion and put on a baking tray with a pack of cherry tomatoes and a few garlic cloves sprayed with fry-light and wrapped in foil. Cook for 40 mins at 200.
✨ Blend the roasted ingredients with 1 tsp chilli flakes, 1 tsp balsamic vinegar, a handful of parsley, a tin of chopped tomatoes, salt and pepper, 1/2 tsp of garlic granules, onion granules and oregano. I also added a squeeze of tomato puree.
✨ Heat gently for 5 mins
✨ Pour into a bowl and stir in a spoon of yogurt then top with balsamic vinegar, chopped fresh parsley and chilli flakes

✨ Chop courgettes, tip into a sandwich bag, spray with fry-light and roll around the bag
✨ Mix 1 tsp paprika, garlic granules, oregano and 20g parmesan (1/2 HEa) then tip into the bag and roll around
✨ Tup onto a tray and bake at 200 for 25 mins

✨ Tip a bag of casserole mix into a saucepan with 500ml vegetable stock and some salt and pepper. Boil until soft (about 25 mins) then blitz with a stick blender. Et voilà 😜

For the toastie:
✨ Mix 40g grated light cheddar (HEa), 1 whisked egg, some diced onion and a splash of worcestershire sauce in a bowl and mix
✨ Place 2 slices of Warbatons N.A.S bread (HEb) in a fry-lighted pan on a medium heat
✨ Top with the cheesy mix and cook until the bread is golden (about 5 mins) then put together and place on a baking tray
✨ Cook at 180 for 5 min

A total banger of a lunch 😋😋
