The wildfly-it-tests-manual-bootable.yml definition, which implements Bootable JAR variant of the manual GitHub workflow, is broken and doesn't use the Bootable JAR executions, see https://github.com/jboss-eap-qe/eap-microprofile-test-suite/blob/master/.github/workflows/wildfly-it-tests-manual-bootable.yml#L74.
