Hi,

I am trying to configure TEES on lunix (ubuntu 14.04, python 2.7.6) but I encountered an issue related to the download and extraction of the zip files.

The error "BadZipfile: Bad magic number for file header" is raised at the BLLIP parser installation step. It seem to be related the header in the zip files.

Can anyone help me to fix the issue ?
