Prototype UI elements that popup when hovering over a boid #22

The popups will show what species the boid belongs to and show the attributes of that specific species (I.e. mass, curiosity, alignment factor, etc.).

This popup could either be attached to the boid and move along with it, or it could be displayed somewhere on screen statically/
