add an option to change the default keymap for "normal_mode"

I do noticed that the author said custom keymap will be implemented in the future, currently hardcoded. However since the "normal_mode" command is so important and often customized by people, we might as well have it implemented first. And I find "C-[" trick doesn't work in vscode.
