The keys "e" and "b" are different from "helix"

The key "e" cannot select the end of a word, and the key "b" cannot select the first letter of a word

Hi @mkeco, there's a branch where i am going to start again but branching of vscode-vim, so please leave this open and when i get around to re-mapping everything i will add this back.

Are there any updates on this? Any chance that the extension as it is right now gets a small fix release to address this? Or if you don't have the time and are welcoming contributions, I could give it a try 🙂
