j.test.sample~ is not built when running build script

When running the build script, either for this submodule or for the toplevel Jamoma project, the external is not being build.

It seems to me that we'll need to update build.rb as well as the YAML file for the object, but I did not succeed in getting it working myself. Would you be able to take a look, Tim?

This is on the dev branch.
