Specifying WASM_SERVER_RUNNER_ADDRESS does not work #32

The server starts, but WASM asset is not served correctly when accessed from remote host. Appears to be an issue in the serving code, same WASM object served with lighttpd works fine.

This is probably a duplicate of #28.
