trunk code doesn't sync

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. download trunk code, build via eclips, then install the apk file.
2. go to web http://jumpnote.appspot.com and add a note
3. the note might sync eventually, ie, takes half an day.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
  if I just download the pre-packaged apk file from http://code.google.com/p/jumpnote/downloads/list and install it, it syncs within half a minute. That is why I believe there is a difference between the two.


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
 Droid2 Global, Android version 2.2

I think I figure it out myself. Google changed my device id, but 
http://jumpnote.appspot.com sends message to my old id, hence my device cannot 
receive it.

It is not caused by the issue I mentioned previously.
