GM ground truth creation

Description

There are datasets where the GM is visible, and we do not have GT, the idea is to create these masks from automatic segmentations.

@plbenveniste have you seen some new datasets with visible GM that you used for the creation of the ms-lesion model (and did you see if any of them contained GM segmentations)?

I don't recall any dataset showing visible GM, but I also didn't pay close attention to it. Sorry, I can't help you there.
