As I wanted to gather a relevant dataset after testing some methods with spine genetic, I noticed that SPIR and TSIR where really rare in the all the available datasets. For now, I only saw some in Canproco which contains 90% of MS patients. Which leaves around 50 SPIR or TSIR images of healthy subjects.
Thus, I think I will gather a dataset of T2w images for which healthy subjects images are way easier to find even if the lesions are less visible in this contrasts, this would be a great first step.
