Odoo 10 CE

Followed instructions as in documentation.
Mailgun Log shows message is stored however it is not pick up by Odoo.
(Sending mail is working fine BTW using mailgun smtp.)

What is the best way to troubleshoot from here.

Same problem =(
It seems an API must be configured as mailgun no longer offers POP/IMAP support.

A programmed solution can be found here: https://www.odoo.com/apps/modules/9.0/mailgun/
