Typo in tool-tip for external downloads on project page

Describe the bug
A small typo is present in a tool-tip involving the external files function on project pages, spelling "very" instead of "verify"

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a project page
2. Add a download
3. Set the type of download to external, any link will do (used about:blank for this example)
4. Go to the project page
5. Highlight the external notice
