I tried to follow the procedure of contacting [email protected] about this issue, but I've received no response, not even a confirmation of receipt or a Ticket ID. So I'm wondering if perhaps my emails aren't being received.
I've been selling on Itchio for about 8 months and my payouts to Payoneer have been running smoothly with zero issues, until Dec 5th. Your system says that you paid all 3 of my payout requests that day, but one of them never turned up in my Payoneer account (Payout# 160106.)
Payoneer (who have replied to my emails) say that it's a problem for Itch.io support to solve, they can't help me.
The reason I'm wondering if my email hasn't been received, is because I've had a few problems over the years with my domain being negatively categorized by RTBL (centralized email blacklists). So I thought perhaps it would be best to contact you on Github instead.
