"View all purchases with this email" URL is incorrect #1699

In the "Payments" section of the dashboard, clicking on the email of a user leads to "https://itch.io/dashboard/purchases?email=...."
but it should be "https://itch.io/dashboard/purchases?email_username=..." instead.

To reproduce the bug, try clicking on an email address in the Payments section. The payments won't be filtered by email.

The correct URL should be the one used by the "Search by email or username..." box.
