Public calculator page (for all users, not only for admin)

Acceptance Criteria

1. The user sees the following:
1.1. Fields that were previously entered in the admin panel, which he can fill in
1.2. "Calculate" button
1.3. Link generated from the name of the calculator (Slug)
2. When the user presses the 1.2 button, then a request is sent to the server, after which:
2.1. If the request was not successful, the user sees a corresponding message
2.2. If the request was successful, the user automatically goes down, where he sees the results of the calculations
according to all the formulas entered into the calculator
