[Bug / Feature Request]: "lock after..." then "open details" gives error

Bug report:
I seem to recall we logged this somewhere but now I can't find where.

On https://isle.stat.cmu.edu/dashboard/lessons -> https://isle.stat.cmu.edu/36-200-Fall22/hw3-exercise5/ -> lock after 12:01AM Sept 22 -> back to dashboard -> then open lesson details (to double check) -> yields a blank browser:

After "lock after" is activated, there should be visual indication on the lesson card (similar to "lock until"), and some popup flag indicating that "lesson will lock after..."
