Hello,
I have a DEM with a 5m resolution for an area covering ~13.000 km^2. I've been trying to use this DEM to create a stack of interferograms with 78 images using stackSentinel.py but the first step, run_01_unpack_topo_reference, has taken more than 24 hours to run. It gets stuck in the topo process, I stopped it because it seems like it is not going to finish.
I am guessing that this is caused by the resolution of the DEM. I read that for co-registration DEM resolution is not that important because the DEM is downsampled to the resolution of the data in this step, but the DEM resolution should be important when removing the topographic phase, right?
So, is there any way to use both DEMs? If this is the case, is this recommended or is it better to use the same DEM throughout the process?
My computer has the following characteristics:
OS: Ubuntu 20.04.5 LTS
RAM: 8GB
Disk: 2TB (external)
Thanks!
