I'm having trouble getting the printable bearing to fit. Using a vernier I think it is about 1mm larger when the parts are loaded with ball bearings. The outer ring split is about 3mm gap. Any suggestions?

I printed the inner part of the bearing at 99.5%. This way I could make it fit properly. I think I even could try printing it at 99.7%, so I won't hear es much noise of the steel balls I'm using, since 99.5% is slightly too small.
