Требуется добавить и настроить логгер в нашем приложении, чтобы ошибки и прочая инфа кидались не только в консоль, но и в логгер.

Log4NET
NLog
или любые другие которые вам нравятся
Кидать ошибки в логгер
Кидать инфу по типу "вызвался nameof(CQRS_Class) эндпоинт, пытаемся создать юзера {nickName}"

Желательно посмотреть в сторону LoggingFilter или что-то такое. Я не уверен что такое есть, но поресёрчи пж :)
