MetalBond Client: delete old/stale routes, added by MetalBond during previous execution #14

When the MetalBond netlink client is initialized, it should check for routes, that have been added by metalbond previously (stale routes).

All kernel route tables given via --install-routes should be checked for routes with protocol 254 as set by metalbond.

Those routes should be deleted.
