IPFS on IPFS

We should back up IPFS repositories on IPFS. I'm not sure if this needs git on ipfs #45 or git-remote-ipfs to work, or if this issue is listed somewhere else, but if possible, we should start thinking about how to do this. It might be as simple as putting tars of the repos on IPFS.

👍 yeah entirely agreed. we should self-host and certainly back up all our repos, including issues. relevant: ipfs-inactive/archives#22
