This release fixes some issues with the previous release:

  • MDLv3000Writer disregarded atom properties
  • scaling of large molecules was unsatisfactory

New features introduced:

  • improved parser rules for MDL files (quoted strings etc.)
  • parsing of MDL V3000 COLLECTIONS
  • possibility to create, update and delete COLLECTIONS
  • highlighting of atoms and bonds
