[Task]: Hide transactions that do not relate to the address

Task description

A transaction can contain outputs that none are spent by the address, the explorer in this case will show an entry in the tx history with value 0, instead of that, we should directly not push this transaction as belonging to the address

from a chronicle dev:

we update the associated address when the output is spent, so at that point the output X is associated with address A since it spent it

This issue does not longer shows up in the explorer, case closed 💃
